Entrance permits may be granted under the following circumstances:
- To fulfill requirements under the Lakehead Rural Planning Board (example, consents)
- As part of a building application (example, residential home)
In all circumstances entrance permits are subject to review and must meet all requirements under the Building Code, Municipal Official Plan and Zoning By-law, and Roads Department approvals. Contact the Municipal Office for more details.
Applications are $200 each.
The Roads Department installs the entrance after approval is granted. Fees associated with the entrance vary depending on the work required. A quote will be provided and an Agreement must be signed prior to the installation.
